Voyager: AI Swift Browser ("Voyager Browser," "Voyager," "we," "our," or "us") values the privacy of people who use our browser, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information from users of our Services ("Users") and their devices.
We collect and use information that is reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and update the Services, comply with applicable law, prevent abuse, and support advertising and analytics. We seek to follow data-minimization principles and do not intentionally collect directly identifying information, such as your name or phone number, during ordinary use of the Services. Information that you voluntarily submit through a feature may contain personal information and is handled as described in this Privacy Policy.
Google voice search may require access to your microphone through the system API SpeechRecognizer. This permission is used to enable voice search. Other than enabling the feature, Voyager does not intentionally collect, store, or upload your voice data.
The Floating Window provides quick access to Voyager tools while you use other applications. Notifications and pop-ups provide updates, news, reminders, and other information related to the Services. These features require your permission, which you can withdraw through your device settings. If you disable the relevant permission, the feature may not function as intended.
With your consent where required, Voyager may send news updates and reminders through notifications or pop-ups. You can disable these notifications at any time. Voyager does not collect, store, or share personal data solely because you enable notification timing preferences.
The Net Speed Test measures your internet speed. Voyager does not intentionally collect or share personally identifying information from this feature with third parties.
Voyager may request the BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE permission to provide notification-management features. This may allow Voyager to read, intercept, display, and manage notifications from other applications so that you can control them in one place. You can disable this permission through the applicable settings page. Voyager does not intentionally upload or share notification data with third parties.
Voyager may use system APIs to trigger scheduled morning and evening news notifications. These permissions are used only to enable scheduled in-app notifications. Voyager does not collect, store, or share personal data related to your notification timing preferences. You can disable this feature through your device settings. If you revoke the relevant permissions, scheduled notifications may not function as intended.
The Device Status feature provides an overview of your device's condition and performance. Voyager does not intentionally collect or share personally identifiable information through this feature.
The network-traffic feature monitors traffic generated by Voyager so that you can review data usage within the Application. It does not monitor traffic generated by other applications or overall device usage. You can disable this feature in Voyager's settings. Voyager does not intentionally upload or share personally identifiable information collected through this feature.
QR Code Scanning requires camera access and may capture and interpret information encoded in a QR code, such as a URL or contact details. You can grant or revoke camera access through your device settings. QR-code images and extracted information are processed locally on your device, are not stored on Voyager's servers, and are not intentionally uploaded or shared with third parties.
The Clear Browsing Data feature lets you delete browsing history, cookies, cached files, and other site data stored by the Application. Voyager does not intentionally collect or share personally identifying information as part of this deletion process.
The Battery Check feature may access basic battery information through system APIs to display usage patterns and help improve app performance. Voyager does not intentionally collect or share personally identifying information through this feature.
Process Management may access the list of applications running on your device and may query installed applications so that you can manage background processes. This information is processed locally and is not intentionally transmitted to, stored on, or collected by Voyager's servers.
Cookies and similar technologies may be used by websites that you visit through Voyager to store preferences, login information, email addresses, phone numbers, or other site data. Voyager does not actively read or collect that information as part of ordinary browsing. Disabling cookies may affect the operation of some websites.
Each website you visit operates under its own privacy policy. When you visit another website, that website may retain cookies, browsing history, account information, or other data according to its own practices. Optional Voyager features that you intentionally activate may process webpage content as described in Section 6.
We use third-party services to support analytics, advertising, crash reporting, attribution, app performance, search, AI, translation, and other functionality. Depending on the feature, these providers may process device information, location data, usage patterns, identifiers, prompts, webpage content, or other information submitted through that feature. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable terms.

These tools may collect or process device data, location details, usage patterns, advertising identifiers, crash information, or other information permitted by applicable law. You can manage some permissions and data-sharing choices through your device settings and, where available, Voyager's settings.
We collect only information reasonably necessary to provide the Services, facilitate software updates, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with privacy regulations. Information may be processed locally on your device or within authorized systems. Where a feature requires information to be transmitted, it is transmitted as described in this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, after obtaining your consent.
We use reasonable industry-standard safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No digital transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please exercise caution when sharing sensitive information online.
Voyager provides optional AI-powered features through the Floating Window, AI Chat interface, browser toolbar, or other parts of the Application. These features may include AI Travel Planning, AI Horoscope Insights, Ask AI, AI Web Summaries, AI Web Q&A, and AI Web Translation.
Voyager's AI Features are powered by third-party generative-AI providers, including Google Cloud Vertex AI using Gemini models and OpenAI using ChatGPT models. Depending on the feature you use, your prompts, relevant conversation context, preferences, and webpage content may be securely transmitted to and processed by the applicable provider on Voyager's behalf to generate responses, travel plans, summaries, answers, or translations.
Our AI providers may process information under applicable enterprise terms and industry-standard security commitments. Where applicable, API-submitted customer data is generally not used to train foundation models without authorization. The provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply to its processing.
Voyager AI Features are available only to Users who are at least 18 years old. Users under 18 must not access or use Voyager AI Features. This restriction applies to the AI Features and does not, by itself, establish a minimum age of 18 for the Voyager Browser as a whole. Use of other Services remains subject to applicable law and this Privacy Policy.
Before you use an AI Feature for the first time, Voyager will display a notice describing the relevant processing and will request affirmative consent where required by applicable law. Your consent status may be stored locally on your device.
If you select Not now, the applicable AI Feature will remain disabled and your prompt or webpage content will not be sent to the applicable AI provider. Voyager may request consent again if you later try to use the feature.
You may withdraw consent through Voyager's settings. After withdrawal, Voyager will stop accepting new AI requests from your device that are covered by the withdrawn consent unless you consent again. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
The categories of information processed depend on the feature you use:
If you save a trip, the information saved locally on your device may include your input conditions, the initial AI-generated content, and related AI conversation history. Saved trips are displayed in the My Trips section and may be deleted through Voyager's trip-management controls.
Voyager does not intentionally send saved passwords, payment credentials, bookmarks, or browsing history from unrelated tabs to AI providers. Webpage content from the page on which you activate an AI webpage feature may, however, be transmitted as described above.
When an AI Feature uses Google Search or another external information service to provide current information, the applicable provider may process your prompt and context, queries derived from your request, search results, links, and the resulting grounded response.
Google Cloud may retain logs containing queries derived from prompts and contextual information for up to three days for system debugging. According to the applicable Google Cloud terms, this debugging information is not associated with Voyager or the individual User.
Voyager may retain user prompts, webpage content submitted for AI processing, generated responses, related feedback, and event records for up to 30 days for service operation, security and abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and evaluating and improving how responses are displayed.
Trip records that you choose to save, including trip conditions, initial AI-generated content, and related AI conversation history, are stored locally on your device until you delete them or clear the relevant Application data.
The absence of a visible conversation history does not necessarily mean that backend records are deleted immediately. Any applicable backend retention period described above still applies.
Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers or documents, medical records, or confidential information to Voyager AI Features.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. AI outputs are provided for general informational or entertainment purposes and do not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, investment, travel-safety, or other professional advice. Independently verify important information before relying on it.
Voyager is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, please contact us at dunkoffchallenge@gmail.com. We will review the report and take reasonable steps required by applicable law.

We will respond to requests within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the Application or on the relevant website and update the “Last Updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to the updated policy.
