The Policy Last Updated on April 15, 2025

This Privacy Policy outlines our approach to collecting, using, and disclosing your information when you interact with our service. Additionally, it explains your privacy rights and how the law safeguards your data. By using our application, you consent to this policy. You can access the relevant agreement anytime via the settings menu.

Privacy Policy Sections:

1. Definitions

You refers to any individual accessing or using the service, as well as any company or legal entity represented by that individual.

Application refers to our software program, Voyager: AI Swift Browser (referred to as "we," "the app," or "Voyager"), which you have installed on your device.

2. Information Collection & Usage

Why We Collect Information

We gather information to enhance your experience by offering high-quality, personalized services. Adhering to principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, we ensure that any personal data collected is directly relevant to service provision. To maintain your privacy, we implement methods that minimize data exposure while maximizing functionality, such as delivering more tailored ads, emails, notifications, or news updates.

Types of Information Collected & Their Uses

Google’s voice search

Google’s voice search may require access to your microphone permission, enabling the browser's voice search functionality. To set up this feature, the system API 'SpeechRecognizer' is used. Beyond this, we do not actively collect, store, or upload any of your voice data.

Floating Window & Notifications

These features provide functions and updates:
The Floating Window allows quick navigation to essential tools.
Notifications keep you informed with relevant updates. Both features require your authorization, which you can revoke anytime via your device’s settings.

News Notifications & Reminders

With your consent, we may send news updates through notifications or pop-ups. You can disable these notifications at any time. Importantly, no personal data is collected or shared with third parties.

Net Speed Test

Measure your internet speed using the Net Speed Test feature in our Voyager. Your privacy is our priority—we do not share any data collected from the test with third parties.

Notification Management

This app utilizes the BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE permission to enhance notification management features. Below are the specific details of its usage:

Precision-Scheduled News Push Notifications

To deliver timely morning and evening news updates, we request the system’s API. By doing so, we ensure that critical tasks are triggered exactly as intended.

These permissions serve a single purpose: enabling scheduled notifications within the app. They are not used for any other functions. Additionally, we do not collect, store, or share personal data related to your timing preferences.

If you wish to disable this feature, you can do so at any time through your device’s app settings. However, please note that revoking these permissions will prevent scheduled news notifications from functioning as expected.

Device Status

The Voyager includes a device status feature designed to give you a quick overview of your device’s current condition. Your privacy is our top priority. We do not collect any personally identifiable information, nor do we ever share your data with third parties.

Network Traffic

Our application features a traffic monitoring tool designed to enhance your user experience by analyzing network usage. This tool allows you to effortlessly track the data consumed within the app, giving you greater insight and control over your network activity. Importantly, the monitoring is limited strictly to the traffic generated by this application; we do not access or record data from other apps or overall device usage. Should you prefer not to use this feature, it can easily be disabled in the settings. We are committed to your privacy, ensuring that all monitoring processes comply with relevant regulations and that no information is uploaded or shared with third parties.

QR Code Scanning

This feature simplifies web access by decoding QR codes. To function, it requires camera access, which you may grant or revoke at any time. Any data extracted remains on your device and is neither stored nor shared externally.

Clear Browsing Data

The "Clear Browsing Data" function allows you to remove browsing history, cookies, cached files, and other site data. No personally identifiable data is collected or shared.

Battery Check

To provide insight into battery usage, our app retrieves system API battery data. However, we do not collect personal identifiers or share this information externally.

Process Management

This function accesses your list of running applications. You can use this function to stop running background programs that you think are unnecessary. It only operates locally and does not transmit data to our servers.

Information Collection and Usage

Data Collected: When you scan a QR code, the app utilizes your device’s camera to capture and interpret the code. Any information embedded within the QR code, such as URLs or contact details, is used strictly for its intended purpose—whether that’s opening a webpage or saving a contact.

Storage of Information: All data extracted from QR codes is processed locally on your device. None of it is stored on our servers. Additionally, images captured during scanning are neither collected nor retained.

Privacy Protection: Your privacy is our priority. No information obtained from QR codes is shared with third parties. Because the QR code scanning feature functions entirely within your device, no data is transmitted to external services.

3. Use of Cookies

Cookies enhance online functionality, though we do not actively collect personal data from them. Many websites you visit may use cookies to store preferences, including login credentials, email addresses, or phone numbers. Disabling cookies may affect the performance of certain online features.

4. Third-Party Accounts & Data Sharing

To optimize services, we integrate third-party tools for analytics, advertising, and app performance enhancement. These third parties may collect certain user data. For transparency, we recommend reviewing their privacy policies:

Here is a list of the third-party services that we currently use:

These tools primarily collect device data, location details, and usage patterns to refine advertising and improve services. Users can manage data-sharing preferences through device settings.

5. Use of Permissions

We collect only necessary data to enhance Voyager’s functionality, ensure software updates, and maintain compliance with privacy regulations. Your information is processed locally or within authorized environments, never transferred without consent, and safeguarded against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

While we take industry-standard security measures, no digital transmission is completely risk-free. We advise caution when sharing sensitive information online and are not responsible for circumvention of security settings by third-party services.

6. Children's Privacy

Voyager is not intended for individuals under 16 years old. If we discover that personal data has been inadvertently collected from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

7. Privacy Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any modifications will be reflected in the app, and we encourage you to review this page regularly. Significant changes will be clearly communicated.

8. User Rights & Contact Information

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact our support team at dunkoffchallenge@gmail.com. We are committed to addressing your requests promptly.

We value your privacy and strive to uphold the highest standards in data protection. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to us.
