Prism: AI Quick Path Browser (“Prism Browser,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our browser, websites, and related services (collectively, our “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information from users of our Services (“Users”) or their devices. In addition to this Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.
We collect information from or about you or your devices as described below.
To help us understand how our Services are used and improve them, we may collect the following information, which is associated with unique IDs randomly generated per installation and is not associated with a User’s device, including:
We follow the principle of data minimization and collect only the information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our Services. We do not intentionally collect directly identifying information, such as your name or phone number, for the ordinary operation of the Services. However, information that you voluntarily submit through certain features may contain personal information and will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information necessary to improve functionality, facilitate software updates, and comply with privacy regulations. In our secure environments, information is processed locally or within authorized systems. Where a feature requires information to be transmitted, the information is transmitted as described in this Privacy Policy and, where required by applicable law, with your consent.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no digital transmission or storage method is completely secure. We recommend exercising caution when sharing sensitive information online.
When you visit another website through the browser, cookies and related data, such as browsing history and account information, may remain with that website. As part of ordinary browsing, the browser does not actively read or collect this information. Certain optional features that you intentionally activate may process webpage content as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
Each website operates under its own privacy policy, which is independent of this Privacy Policy.
To optimize our Services, we use third-party tools that support analytics, advertising, app-performance improvement, and other functionality. These providers may collect or process certain information. We encourage you to review each provider’s privacy policy.
These tools may process device information, location data, usage patterns, and other information collected or submitted through the relevant feature, in accordance with applicable laws and the providers’ privacy policies.
In addition to the third-party tools listed below, Prism may use third-party AI, translation, search, or related service providers to support optional features described in this Privacy Policy. Depending on the feature, these providers may process information submitted through the relevant feature as described in Section 5.

Prism provides AI-powered features through its floating window and AI Chat interface, including AI Travel Planning, AI Horoscope Insights, Ask AI, AI Web Summaries, AI Web Q&A, and AI Web Translation.
Prism’s AI features are powered by third-party generative AI service providers, including Google Cloud Vertex AI, using Gemini models, and OpenAI, using ChatGPT models. Depending on the feature you use, your prompts, relevant conversation context, preferences, and webpage content may be securely transmitted to and processed by the applicable provider on Prism’s behalf to generate responses, travel plans, summaries, answers, or translations.
Our AI service providers contractually commit to protecting data in accordance with applicable industry standards and enterprise terms. Where applicable, API-submitted customer data is generally not used to train foundation models without authorization.
Prism AI features are available only to users who are at least 18 years old. Users under 18 must not access or use Prism AI features.
This age restriction applies only to Prism AI features and does not by itself establish a minimum age of 18 for the Prism Browser as a whole. The use of other Prism services remains subject to applicable law and this Privacy Policy.
Before you use a Prism AI feature for the first time, Prism will display a notice explaining the relevant data processing and request your affirmative consent where required by applicable law. Your consent status may be stored locally on your device.
If you select “Not now,” the relevant AI feature will remain disabled and your prompt or webpage content will not be sent to the applicable AI provider. If you later attempt to use the feature, Prism may ask for your consent again.
You may withdraw your consent through the App’s settings. After withdrawal, Prism will stop accepting new AI requests from your device that are covered by the withdrawn consent unless you consent again. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
The categories of data processed depend on the specific AI feature you use:
If you save a trip, the information saved locally on your device may include your input conditions, the initial AI-generated content, and the related AI conversation history. Saved trips are displayed in the My Trips section and may be deleted through the App’s trip-management controls.
Prism does not intentionally send saved passwords, payment credentials, bookmarks, or browsing history from unrelated tabs to AI providers. However, webpage content from the page on which you activate an AI webpage feature may be transmitted as described above.
When an AI feature uses Google Search or another external information service to provide current information, the applicable provider may process your prompt and context, queries derived from your request, search results, links, and the resulting grounded response.
Google Cloud may retain logs containing queries derived from prompts and contextual information for up to three days for system debugging. According to the applicable Google Cloud terms, this debugging information is not associated with Prism or the individual user.
Prism may retain user prompts, webpage content submitted for AI processing, generated responses, related feedback, and event records for up to 30 days for service operation, security and abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and evaluating and improving how responses are displayed.
Trip records that you choose to save, including trip conditions, initial AI-generated content, and related AI conversation history, are stored locally on your device until you delete them or clear the relevant application data.
The absence of a visible conversation history does not necessarily mean that backend records are deleted immediately. Any applicable backend retention period described above still applies.
Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identification, medical records, or confidential information to Prism AI features.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. AI outputs are provided for general informational or entertainment purposes and do not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, investment, or safety advice. You should independently verify important information before relying on it.
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 16 years of age, and no part of our Services is directed to children. If you learn that a child has provided us with Personal Information in violation of this Privacy Policy, you may alert us at dunkoffchallenge@gmail.com.
